Glossary Of Terms: Health Service Provider - Any person or company working in the medical profession, paramedical industry or care industry, including doctors, hospitals, community health centers, dentists, psychologists, physiotherapists, etc This includes any other person or organization which collects or handles health information such as schools, sporting clubs, insurance companies, employers etc. Service Provider - Any person or company that co-ordinates services in the health industry at any level. This Act applies to any individual/company or organization that provides medical or para medical services to clients.
