At Windsor Home Care Services, we understand many people may feel concerned that they are unable to give their friends or relatives the care the would like to give. You may feel worried by the same dilemma. Windsor Home Care Services can help. We have staff of dedicated personal care attendants who are carefully chosen for their skill and experience in helping clients live independently. Our carers can assist in many ways, inluding personal care with showering and dressing and supervision of medication. We can assist with housekeeping, liaise with medical services and transport clients to rehabilitiation or medical appointments. We can also prepare meals, organise shopping and take clients on outings. We also offer respite care, often invaluable to all concerned. Our staff are skilled in the fields of gerontology and rehabilitation and post hospitalisation care. We are experienced in helping people with vision and hearing impairments, as well as conditions associated with dementia. Out staff are fully covered by insurance and workcare with superannuation levy and staff group certificates being the responsibility of the company. Prior to assigning a carer, the needs of our client and their family are carefully assessed to ensure the best possible outcome. Assistance may be provided on an hourly (two hour minimum) or live-in basis in the long or short term, dependent on the needs of the client. An individual assessment and advice is offered free of charge. We are happy to discuss our services and the manner in which we may be able to help each individual situation. |
