The automatic spring-loaded tarp has gone through a number of redesigns over the years to improve the functionality and reliability of the product. The system offers a simple and economical alternative to the market. Made using extruded aluminium drums, the tarp weighs in at under 40kg when installed, and is available as a complete kit form to fit on either aluminium or steel bodies. This system is the most economical way to cover your load, and it is also under the maximum width, which many tarps are having trouble with. The system operates simply, with the tarp rolling up under a cover that is mounted near the cab, and pulls out with a rope attached to the back of the trailer, and then hooked onto the tailgate. There are also side ties in the kit, for those that need to hold the side of the tarp down to the body. Featuring mesh with special woven and welded PVC coated thread, the system is durable with all parts fully replaceable. We always have spare parts in stock, and while we also generally keep our standard tarps on hand, we can make to order.
